Sympathy:  At a club meeting last week, Sympathy was extended to Geerah family, Ballinalack, Coyne family, Kinnegad, Deihy family, Knockmant, and Buggy family, Kilkenny on their recent bereavements.

Under 8 Blitz:  Inny Shamrocks were host to The Downs, Multyfarnham, Mullingar Shamrocks (2 teams) and Inny Shamrocks (2 teams) on Friday last.  This was a very successful
event and we would like to express thanks to the senior players and all who helped out.  Thanks also to the clubs who had teams in attendance.

Under 12:  Inny Shamrocks under 12 team were very narrowly defeated by St Mary’s during the week.
Well done to them on their performance.

Shandonagh v Inny shamrocks in Shandonagh at 7pm

Under 12:  Sat 26^th May

Inny Shamrocks v Millmore Gaels in Streete at 12 noon

Division 1:  The next game in The ACL, Division 1 is fixed
for Friday 25^th May when Bunbrosna are host to Mullingar Shamrocks at 6.30.  This will be a tough encounter with last year’s championship finalists and league winners and it is essential
that all players are available for this game.
Training continues during the week at the usual times.

Scouting Ireland:  A meeting will be held on Wednesday 23^rd May with a view to starting a branch of “scouting Ireland” in the area.  This meeting is fixed for Bunbrosna GAA
clubhouse on Wed 23^rd May at 7.30 pm.  All interested are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to Iarmhí Ladies on their great win in the league and best wishes for the forthcoming championship.

Well done also to Westmeath Minor footballers and senior hurlers on their respective victories and they also are wished the best of luck in future games.

Hard luck to the senior footballers on being narrowly defeated in Navan on Sunday last.   We can look forward to some good games in the “qualifiers”.

Meeting:  A club meeting will be held on this Tuesday night, in the clubhouse, after training at 9.30.  The main topic on the night will be the organising of the Lord/Lady Mayor competition.
