Lord Mayor Campaign:  As part of Andrew Whitney’s Lord Mayor Campaign Andrew is hosting a Pig Roast and BBQ in Feerick’s Hotel Rathowen on Saturday 25th May. This is Andrew’s final event in aid of Bunbrosna G.A.A. and M.S. Ireland and your support will be greatly appreciated. Music on the night is by Kevin

Andrew Whitney's Lord Mayor Campaign got a great boost last Friday night 8th with a very successful American Tea Party in aid of MS Ireland and Bunbrosna G.A.A. Tea Party

Tea Party:  On this Friday night, 8th March, Lord Mayor Candidate, Andy Whitney, in conjunction with Multiple Sclerosis, is holding a tea party in Tormey’s.  This promises to be a great night and tickets are still available @ €10, from Andy (087-1330103) or any committee member.  Music on the night will be supplied by Howard Whelan and Friends and will commence at 9pm.  So, please get your tickets or pay at the door and support your club and help the deserving cause of MS Ireland.  Read more...

“Runbrosna”:  5/10Km Run/Walk:
A very successful 5/10Km Run/Walk, organised by some of the players, was held on Saturday last, with almost one hundred players taking part.  Thanks to all participants, helpers and sponsors for their contribution to an enjoyable and successful club event.  I will have the results of this next week.

Fund-Raising:  Fun Hunt:  As part of Martin Tormey’s Mayoral campaign, a very successful “ Fun Hunt” was held on Sunday last.  There was a great turnout with fifty horses taking part. Bunbrosna GAA are holding a Traditional Irish Night fundraiser in conjunction with North Westmeath Hospice on Saturday October 13th in The Annebrook Hotel Mullingar. Great night planned with all Musicians, Dancers, Singers & Storytellers most welcome!! Mayoral Campaign 2012/13

The campaign continued to find our Lord/Lady Mayor 2013 with a fashion Show in the Greville Arms on Friday night.  This turned out to be a great well attended event.  Well done to Sharon and her team of helpers on the night!
