Lord Mayor Campaign:  As part of Andrew Whitney’s Lord Mayor Campaign Andrew is hosting a Pig Roast and BBQ in Feerick’s Hotel Rathowen on Saturday 25th May. This is Andrew’s final event in aid of Bunbrosna G.A.A. and M.S. Ireland and your support will be greatly appreciated. Music on the night is by Kevin

Sympathy:  At a club meeting last week, Sympathy was extended to Geerah family, Ballinalack, Coyne family, Kinnegad, Deihy family, Knockmant, and Buggy family, Kilkenny on their recent bereavements.

Senior Championship:  on Sunday, our senior team made the short distance to Cusack Park to take on the reigning champions, Mullingar Shamrocks.  This was alwaysgoing to be a daunting task but we reached the venue with our hopes high.  The game turned out to be a lack lustre, lo wscoring game,  taking 12 minutes for the first score to be recorded.  When David Newman sent the ball over for our first point, the game seem to lift a bit for the spectators.  Further points came our way to leave Read more...

Andrew Whitney's Lord Mayor Campaign got a great boost last Friday night 8th with a very successful American Tea Party in aid of MS Ireland and Bunbrosna G.A.A. Lotto:  The Lotto draw continues on this Wednesday night and the Jackpot will be a very nice €9,500.  So, make sure and get your ticket on time and don’t be left out!!!!!!

Comhgairdeas to all the Westmeath clubs who qualified for the Leinster finals, which will be held in Ballymore on Easter Sunday, March 31^st at 3pm.  They are wished the best of luck and hopefully Iarmhí will have a few acts in the All-Ireland.

Lotto:  There was no jackpot winner in our fortnightly Lotto draw, with Dolores McCormack and the Fulham family matching 3 numbers.  Dolores McCormack got the sellers’ prize.  Thenext draw will take place on Wednesday 13^th March and the jackpot
will be €9,500.
