There was no winner in our fortnightly lotto last week, with Mary Price matching 3 numbers and Catherine Connell getting the sellers’ prize. The numbers drawn were 11-12-14-19. Next draw on June 8th with a jackpot of €3,750.

There was a great turn-out for our annual sports day, on Sunday last when even the weather favoured the event. The day started off with football games. These were good competitive games and were enjoyed by all. Thanks to the Ballynacargy, Multyfarnham, Shandonagh, Milltownpass, Millmore Gaels and of course our own boys and girls, St Fintan’s/Bunbrosna who brought teams along to play. I have been asked to remind all followers that Westmeath will play Roscommon in a challenge game on Saturday next. The game will be played at St. Ronan’s Park, Ballyfarnon at 2pm. This should be of great interest as it will be the last game before the championship. This could be a nice family day out in a scenic area and close to Lough Key Forest Park.
