Champions!!!!!! Pride of place this week goes to our Scór team who took part in the
Leinster final in Ballymore.
Comhgairdeas to Veronica, Ruth, Ciara, Aimee, Chris, Robbie, Seamus and
Shane on giving a fantastic performance of the “Cavan Reel” set to take the
title. Well done also to Sharon, Leona,
Emma, Martin and Lorraine who also gave an excellent performance in what must
have been a very close call in the “Ceol
Uirlise” section and left one wondering why they are not champions also. Our thanks to them for representing the club
so well. Westmeath also qualified for
Killarney in Amhránaíocht Aonair (Na Dúnta), Aithriseoireacht (Móta Uile Bhána), and Nuacleas (Baile Caisleáin Mhic Aogáin). We’ll see you all in Killarney on 21st
April.
